Reid A. Miller, P.E.
President & Principal
Began working at ME&A in 1995 after completing his undergraduate degree at USL and has been licensed as a professional engineer since 1999. Reid has 30 years of design, project management, construction administration and regulatory permitting experience for government, private and industrial clients throughout Louisiana. His three decades of experience from being an Engineer Intern (EI) to Professional Engineer (PE) and ultimately into a management role has given him a base of knowledge and expertise that spans across a wide range of projects including: recreational (boat launches, docks), municipal (water, sewer, roadways, drainage), flood control (levees, channel improvements, dredging), industrial (oil & gas pipelines).
Joel J. Miller, P.E.
Vice President & Principal
Professional Civil Engineer since 2001. Vice-President and Principal of ME&A. His years of experience includes design and inspection for various sewage, waterline, water treatment facilities, roadway construction and reconstruction, oil & gas pipelines and structure designs for various municipalities and private corporations. Licensed in Louisiana.
Jules M. Darden, P.E.
Senior Civil Engineer
Professional Civil Engineer since 2006. Senior Civil Engineer of ME&A. His years of experience includes design and inspection for various sewage, waterline, water treatment facilities, roadway construction and reconstruction, and drainage designs for various municipalities and private corporations. Licensed in Louisiana.
Matthew John Fore, P.L.S., CFedS
Professional Land Surveyor
Professional Land Surveyor since 2005 and Certified Federal Surveyor since 2007. Over 20 years experience in land surveying which includes boundary, route, easement, lease, topographic, hydrographic, and construction surveys throughout the south ranging from small private lots to large chemical plant expansion projects. Licensed in Kentucky, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Nicholas E. Molaison, P.E.
Professional Civil Engineer
Newly licensed Professional Civil Engineer as of 2019. Experience in general civil and industrial projects for both public and private corporations. Licensed in Louisiana.
